This is the progression class to the Core and Floor Restore Course. To attend this class you must have first completed the theory (first three weeks) of either Pregnancy Prepare and Strengthen or the Core and Floor Restore courses.
A 45 min exercise session that focuses mainly on core and floor strengthening. Different levels are given for each exercise so you control your progression. I check your core technique in each exercise.
Using bands, balls, bosus, sliders and light weights we add resistance to our core work whilst working the whole body.
